The home was beautifully decorated with a "Coastal" theme. The rooms were all spacious and there was plenty of parking. Due to the weather, it would have been nice if the pool was heated. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised at the overall condition and cleanliness of this condo. The view is amazing and the layout of the condo was wonderful. The only complaints we have are: the blowers would not work in the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi signal was very weak; we had to reset the router several times. I also added outlet covers throughout the main living area since we have a 2-year-old.

Drew was patient and accommodating

We are out of state/cross country buyers and depended heavily on Drews expertise. He was recommended to us by past clients and I can see why. There was never a phone call or text that was not answered in a timely manner. Drew educated us about the area and on our original visit showed us many properties in many different neighborhoods. On a subsequent visit (without my husband) Drew was patient, and accommodating. He even took the time to show local friends the homes we were interested in to Determine if it was worth my traveling from San Francisco to see them. Turns out it was worth making another trip to Murrells Inlet, and on that trip we made an offer. With Drews assistance and conferencing in my husband in CA, (there were two other offers) we put forth a great offer and got the home of our dreams. Cant wait to move in at the end of June!! I heartily recommend Drew whether you're buying or selling. He is honest, trustworthy and dependable. We have stayed in this same condo for the past 2 years. It is great for my family! It is always very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view! It is also in a wonderful location! ��

We love Surfmaster and have stayed in several different units for the past 9 years. We were always happy with Garden City Reality and with Surfmaster. Besides the location the general maintenance and grounds keeping is top knotch. Also, 1106 is one of our favorite 1 bedrooms units. We have rented it several times and will do so again.

We've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.

Beautiful view. House is very nice. Only issue was the dryer kept stopping and would not dry the clothes. Kitchen not stocked very well but we managed.
