The condo we stayed at was beautiful and clean. It had everything you would want for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a rental. The only thing I would say is that it might not be good for young children because of floor it was on.

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Sea Master 308. This unit works well for our family and has the right number of beds available. The queen and twin mattresses in the middle bedroom were a little too firm for our liking. Also, when we arrived, the first bedroom on the right was warm. We discovered that the window was partially open. Once we got it closed, the A/C worked great!

Inlet Joy was in a great location to enjoy both the inlet and the beach. The house was adequately equipped for our needs. Had a tough weather week, but otherwise, a good stay.

Great location, near everything.
Rental management stall were great and helpful. Problem with 1 toilet fixed promptly.
Staff wo coordinated rental of linens were excellent.
Only issue is cleaning staff who perpared the house, could have aid mre attn to detail .

The best thing about the Gause house is location. It was awesome. It is a vintage home, but it could use alittle TLC. It would be money well spend, and I would be willing to pay more for the updates.
