Due to such late planning I called the office vice booking online. Susan was great to work with and sought out two properties that met my needs for a broken week schedule that wasn’t the traditional Sat to Sat model. Without her help we would have moved on to another beach up the coast and not have experienced Garden City Beach and it’s unique family beach feeling. Loved the proximity to the Garden City Pier. Live band every night was great. Only negative was the parking allowed for only one vehicle on sight. However the free overflow parking met our need, It was located about 2 miles away. The unit we stayed in could have used a handyman to fix the minor issues we encountered. Note: I didn’t report any problems as the issues didn’t change my experience and weren’t major concerns. Things such as loose and broken floor trim. But overall the place was cozy, cool and clean. We would stay in it again and would recommend to our friends and all others. We enjoyed our stay during the week. We had very small problems (more outlets in master, more towel racks in master, unbreakable full length mirror in master, but basically our stay was good. We believe that people would enjoy this condo.

The location is fantastic. Right on the beach, two pools, clean unit. My only comment is that the realty company needs to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week is not going to cut it. Also, only 1 trash bag per trash can, needed a few more but luckily we had a lot of plastic grocery sacks and made do.

This home was very nicely located to the beach, shops, and attractions. We especialy enjoyed the fact that each room had its own bathroom. In addition, the private pool was a great addition.

I got this vacation rental for my Fiancee's birthday weekend with some of our close friends and family members... All i can say is that the house was absolutely perfect... It was centrally located to everything you wanted to do within town and was also like 5mins walking distance to the beach... We all absolutely love the renatl property and would most definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Yes its a beach rental,but only 2 sharp dinner knives, and pots and pans that even a tag sale would throw out, doesn't allow you to prepare meals easily. Internet is hard wired for 1 connection only, bad for kids with all of the electronics. no 2nd tv, again bad for kids. Window in master bed could not be locked, broken, and no stick to keep it secure. Unit needs a few minor things to make a vacation even nicer.

The Beach House is a great location. Pool area is nice and deck is very spacious. It would be nice to add a few more sitting chairs. We stayed in unit 317. Unit was clean the beds are super comfy after a long day in the sun. The den furniture needs some upgrades- the cushions are worn out. Would also love some captain style chairs in the deck so you can look over the banister to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked but time to upgrade the coffee maker to a keurig.

Really enjoyed the screened in porch with the best view of the ocean I've ever seen in a rental. The elevator made bringing the heavy coolers upstairs a breeze. Plenty of room and a nice layout. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer were new and worked well. Close to shopping but away from the crowds on Bus 17. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We were very pleased with the home. My concern with choosing site unseen was how would the house smell since it was pet friendly. I am happy to say there was no smell at all. The home was very clean. We've already planned to return again.

For the reasonable rate this house was great. Maybe a complete cleaning soon would be nice but overall it was in great shape. If the rate stays reasonable we will be back over and over.

The condo was great and looked exactly like the photos on the website. All was clean and well maintained. We were a party of six and were very comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony right on the beach. Fireworks are allowed on the beach. I am not a fan of fireworks on the beach, especially right in front of the building you are staying in. It was quite windy and there were some Sea Master guests shooting fireworks that were blowing back into the balcony area. Other than the fireworks, it was great. Super convenient to the beach, stores, everything! I recommend the linen package, it saved packing space.

This is a very nice unit. Everything you could need to start your stay was there. Very quiet unit. Great deck overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is larger in square footage (1250’) which made it feel very homey. This the nicest unit we have rented in 4 times staying in MB.
