The condo was very nice and clean, we enjoyed staying there very much. The dryer venting into the room took getting used to, we used it twice but turned it on at night! The constant fireworks at night was annoying but not dreadful.

602 One Ocean Place was a great place to stay! The view is amazing!!! We had a great time and hope to return. Condo was clean (maybe a little dated) but we spent all our time outside or on the patio. The staff at One Ocean Place was great. They were very friendly and very helpful. Only complaint I have is there is very little parking for high top vehicles. We had a topper on our mini van and were unable to park in the parking garage. There are a few reserved spots for high top vehicles but many times we would return to the condo and have no where to park because vehicles that could fit in the parking garage choose to park in the high top vehicle parking, making this an inconvenience for us.

Our condo was wonderful. Exactly what we needed! We had not been to the Myrtle Beach area for many years but very happy with our accommodations. It was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Although the ocean was still cold we had a wonderful trip.

Rental process was very friendly and efficient

House was overall clean. Pool was great. Plenty of storage. Great appliances. Pretty decor. Great location, even though it was next to public parking it was quiet. Very close to beach access. Outdoor refrigerator was a plus for beverages. Only negatives are the kitchen cabinets/drawers need a good clean out, the carpets are very stained, and needs a key to be able to use the outdoor closet to keep golf clubs or other beach items in at night.

Definitely would rent Beach Time again.

The house was amazing! My family and I could not have been happier staying at Heaven can Wait. the house is set up perfectly! Everything you need for an awesome beach vacation is here! It is right on the beach, the house was larger enough for everyone, nobody felt cramped in the house. There was just the right amount of bathrooms, the kitchen had everything there that you needed including a blender for all the frozen drinks! the air conditioner worked out great, we were worried that the upstairs would not get cool enough, we like it extra cool at the beach and it worked great! There could of been another big refrigerator, we had to all use coolers that we brought for drinks etc, there is only 1 big refrigerator, that is average in size and 2 little mini refrigerators so the coolers came in handy. The only negative comment I can leave is that the pool and hot tub were not filtering correctly, however the pool was on a service schedule every other day so it was fixed in no time, just wish there were no issues at all. But this would not stop us from returning to Heaven Can Wait. I would recommend this house to anyone! and we will definitely be back!

This is an excellent location for a late summer fall vacation. Very quiet, never heard the other renters. So nice to hear ocean during the night. Unit is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the "nautical" decorating, especially the low country art work and still life photography. Amenities were all one could ask for in a rental condo. Would reccomend possible microwave replacement, old but usable. Wood moulding and bathroom floors starting to show some aging. Overall a good vacation rental experience. When we booked this property, we were hoping it would meet the needs of our family, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 older teens, but it was perfect! We were close enough to the beach that we could walk or use the golf cart, but still had beautiful and calming views of the inlet. The combination of beds and bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and everyone had enough room to gather together to play video games in the living room or relax on the decks with a book.
