We had a wonderful time here. Perfect location with fantastic views. Loved the large balcony, with high top chairs and table. The chairs were perfect. Unit was clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed the updated master bedroom bath as well as the updated kitchen. Great TV. We found the electric screens on the windows facing the ocean especially cool. Couch in Livingroom could use updating. We definitely will be returning, hopefully soon. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Garden City Realty enough. They are customer-focused and go WAAAAY beyond to keep the customer happy. We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed. The air conditioning went out in one home and was fixed the same day. The internet died and it was fixed the same day.

We left behind large luggage in one of the rooms; they went to the house as it was being cleaned for the next renter, got the bags, and locked it up until we could get it.

This year (2020), Pam delivered exceptional customer service, keeping calm and kind as she worked to reschedule our family beach week. She's been working with tired, worried customers during COVID19 and handling it with grace and compassion.

We've been coming to Garden City Beach for 12 years and found our perfect condo that we rent year after year. In the past we rented from a competing agency but after experiencing the excellent service from Garden City Realty we ONLY rent with them! Highly reocmmend them to any vacationers.

Chippewa Lake

Family vacation over the 4th of July. Unit was not ready until 5pm and we departed on Friday, July 5th. Beach time, golf time and lots of friendship. It’s a looong walk to the pier. Elevators are quick. Pool was packed with noisy kids but it was good noise. Monster fireworks up and down the coast on the 4th. Military fly over on the 4th was weak.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. It was convenient to restaurants, etc. Check in was great! Very easy! Was not a "fan" of the winding staircase but it did make beach access easy.

Garden City Realty always goes above and beyond our expectations when it comes to our vacation at the beach. We’ve been dealing with them for over 25 years and they have always been great!! WONDERFUL!!!! We have been staying in the Surfmaster or One Ocean Place building for years and this was the best yet. This condo is AMAZING!! Everything was exactly as described and the pictures actually do not do justice for how incredible this unit is. The beds are wonderful, the air conditioning actually kept the temp steady, the stove is in good working condition, the frig works great!, living room furniture-so comfy and the balcony and furniture on it were absolutely wonderful--so many times the balcony furniture is well...just cheesy but not here!!! The room was clean when we arrived and they cleaned the hot tub 2 or 3 times during the week we were there. CANNOT say enough positive things about this penthouse!!!! Will definitely stay in this unit again.
