1. Kitchen well stocked
2. Overall decent place
3. Bathroom shower door moldy/mildew
4. Front door closer was very rusty and needs to be replaced
5. Rear sliding door screen very torn and needs to be replaced.
6. Owner needs to spend some money on upkeep.
7. 2 Chairs on deck that are uncomfortable and tilt forward and there is no table on the deck to sit and enjoy a lunch on the deck.
8. Rate was reasonable for the unit.
Rest of the place was in good shape and I would rent again but maybe select a different unit than 1K. My family had a nice time and that was most important

We have stayed at Sandy Shore II over the last 5 to 6 years and are very comfortable with the location and each unit we rented. Always a great time in GSB!

We loved it!!
With so many realtors from which to choose, we know without a doubt that we made the right decision to work with Drew [Dellinger]. At the onset, he sent us home listings each day which represented the search criteria we had discussed. He quickly answered each and every question and concern we had, and, worked tirelessly for our best interests. When we came to the area to view the homes we had selected to tour, he was way ahead of us in really knowing what we had in mind! We made an offer on a home that was not even on our list, a home in an area that he knew we would like. We loved it! After the offer, he was constantly in touch to make sure the process was going smoothly and gave us recommendations for professional services as we would not know a company to call for a need we would have. I could go on and on bragging about Drew. He is honest, courteous, professional and really knows this business. The wonderful result is that the friendship does not end with the move into our home. We cannot thank Drew enough and we are going to love Murrells Inlet!

Outstanding - The nicest unit we've rented to date. Kitchen was completely stocked with high quality pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Furniture was very nice .... nothing about the unit was outdated.

Couldn't have been better.

We've never stayed in South Myrtle beach before (only in North Myrtle Beach) so we were unsure of how things would be but we absolutely loved it. The location is great, there are things to do right in Murrels Inlet and you are still close enough to everything else that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Upon arrival we were very disappointed with having to wait to check in because the cleaning crew was taking longer than expected. Just as check-out has a set time (of 10:00), check-in should have a set time of 3:00, not that it starts at 3:00. That was the only negative about our stay.

This place has a great setup with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main living floor. Perfect for our family that consisted of 2 couples, 5 kids, and 1 grandmother. The 2 upstairs rooms with queen rooms are great sizes for the 2 couples and the 3rd room upstairs is perfect for kids since it has 2 sets of bunk beds. The downstairs bedroom is perfect, located right off the living area, is perfect for another adult couple since it has a queen bed.

With the open concept in the living area, it makes it feel very big. The dining room table is a great size for the amount of people that this place can accommodate, adding the breakfast bar makes it seating for 12. There is ample parking for multiple cars below the house. The pool was large enough for the entire family to swim or float comfortably, and the hot tub is great for the night. The furniture was in great shape, and fits the whole atmosphere and persona of the house. Enough space for everyone.

While we were there the maintenance people were very quick to take care of anything that went wrong, which was minor. A couple of nails came loose on the steps of the deck but no big issues.

Overall this is a great house to rent and is very much worth it. We had a great vacation and would be more than willing to rent this house again.

This is our first 3 months of winter at this home. We are Canadians but not a fan of winter anymore. This was a beautiful home with a great location just off the beach. It has been well maintained and looked after which isn’t always the case when renting. Cleanliness is #1 for us and this home was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more and have booked it again for next year. Our first time working with Garden City Realty and Robin was amazing. Nice to deal with pleasant, helpful staff when we live far away. We had a couple issues with batteries in smoke alarms but they were very prompt to come and replace them all. We loved that this home had an electronic keyless entry so never had to worry about losing keys. We cannot say one bad thing about our experience and look forward to next year.

The kitchen was beautiful!! It was well stocked with appliances and cookware and completely updated. Unfortunately, there were a few minor things - that didn’t effect our stay - that need attention : the vertical blinds in the front room and the master bedroom, were missing about 1/3 of the panels - they were “stored” in crazy places all over the unit, sort of like an Easter egg hunt - found them hanging from various clothes rods, under the couch and under every single bed. My husband tried to rehang the ones in the bedroom - but they kept falling. One of the drawer fronts was completely missing from the master bathroom vanity. The door to the safe was on top of the safe - we didn’t need it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was also a funky mildewy smell in that closet and the carpet was damp. The furnace filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in a super long time. I couldn’t rave enough about the beds!!!! They were super comfortable!! All in all, it was a great condo - I fell in love with the reclining chair in the living room - googled it to get one for my own home.

This was probably the best unit we have ever rented in the past 20 years. So nice and clean and a great location!

Loved the location of this condo. Wish there was more storage. The owner had excess old blankets, mattress covers, pillows in the bedroom closets - both on shelf and on floor-we could have used that storage for shoes and clothes. Balcony and high top table furniture were wonderful. Need hooks on back of doors. Check in at GC Realty on 6/29 was a nightmare. We had to pick up part of our party at airport at 5:30 and I didn't think we would make it. Overall though, a great week.

This condo had everything we needed. The kitche. Was fully stocked with cookware which is a plus for our family. The bed were more comfortable than most places we have stayed.

The AC unit stopped working the 1st day (Sunday) we wee relieved when they came right out and fixed it. Probably the coldest AC unit at the beach now!

Only thing we would have like to seen changed was the carpet. It was in great shape but would have rather had no carpet for the beach. Too much sand for carpet.
