Overall the condo was great. Location was awesome! The walls are very thin so sleeping was a challenge some times. We had 2 young children with us. The air conditioning was not evenly vented through out the condo. One bed room was very warm while another was very cold.

We have stayed at the Beach House for over 20 years. Great location. The decor in this unit was very nice. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute....even Tropical Storm Hermine!

My daughter and I were very happy with our rental condo last week. There were many updates to kitchen and bathrooms. The digital lock for the door was great, no keys to worry about. The amenities made our stay comfortable and relaxing. This was our secind stay in this condo, but the first time only lasted 3 days due to a hurricane forcing us to leave too soon. This time we were blessed with decent weather and a comfortable "home away from home". The condo was clean and ready for us. Thank you for the hospitality.

My family and I loved staying this close to the beach, nothing compares to falling asleep or waking up to the sound of waves meeting up with the shore. We loved staying in 405. The place is beautiful and I love the modern beach look to it. The only downfall I would say is unfortunately as soon as I got there I had to sweep the floor and noticed a lot of areas on cupboards and dressers that weren't cleaned properly. But that would not stop me from coming back to 405. This room was perfect fit for our family. Also the distance up, is perfect for a nice view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this room.

Well kept condo. Furniture in very good condition. Bed very comfortable. All amenities. Only complaint is wife is terrified of heights and could not enjoy sitting on balcony. Would recommend this condo.
