Brought my Mom who is 89 years old for our annual stay at the beach! We enjoyed staying at Sea Banks, condo # 302, it was very nice & we loved the screened in porch & view! Plan to come back again soon, since its the only place to get away with all this virus stuff going on. Nothing like a sunny vacation to enjoy GOD's beautiful gift of the beach & sunlight! Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Garden City Beach. It was our first visit in over ten years and we found the tranquility of the beach very relaxing. Unit 1008 at Royal Garden was very comfortable for the most part. The only complaint we had was the king size bed frame was so noisy that every time either of us moved it would wake both of us up. A little attention to the connectors might solve that problem. My husband really enjoyed the large tv in the living room and the variety of channels available, especially the Grit western channel.

One Ocean Place Unit 1109 is fantastic! Super clean, beautifully decorated and thoroughly furnished! The beds were excellent! We had an absolutely blessed vacation. The building and grounds are always clean and well maintained. We love coming here. It is our very favorite place to stay.
