Stayed for the week and enjoyed the condo, views were great! Only down side is if they are predicting rain make sure you park up on the second deck. It has a tendency to flood on the bottom. There are no assigned parking but that wasn't a issue. Plenty of things to do around the area, a one mile walk down to the boardwalk! I would stay again!

We had a great week at this house! We loved all the extras that were provided (especially the margarita machine!). We were surprised to even find beach chairs, rafts, and toys. The house is in a great location and the pool and hot tub are so nice! Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our week here very much! I’ve rented many condos and houses over the years for vacations, and I can honestly say that this was the most well-equipped one we’ve ever been in. The kitchen was beautiful, and for once we had a decent quality of pots and pans, as well as knives that actually were sharp! No need to bring your frying pan and knife from home in this condo! Decor is beautiful and tasteful. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Just all around a wonderful condo!

Easy Tides was even better than we expected! We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got. We are already looking forward to returning someday. The house is beautifully decorated and highly functional for couples or families. It was conveniently located with a very short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart delivered by Ajax Rentals and they picked it up at the end of our trip. We used it to zip all over town and to make carrying our beach gear a little easier. The outdoor shower was a very nice amenity. We had both indoor showers and the outdoor one going at the same time and never lost water pressure. There is plenty of parking as well. We were worried about our full size pickup truck being too tall but there was plenty of clearance for it. The rocking chair front porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. You can catch a good nap in the hammock as well. We didn't do much cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed several area restaurants including Sara J's, Gulf Stream Café, River City Café, Sam's Corner, Paula Deen's, Crabby Mike's, Fat Jacks, and Pier 14. This was the first time my wife and I rented a condo along the beach. It was very convenient for us, provided excellent views of the sun rise and surf. Big change from "across the street" stays.

Beautiful home, everything looked new and clean. Kitchen is VERY well equiped. Great beach access. Nice laundry room. Parking is tight if you have a large truck or SUV (there is a car parked in the largest spot), luckily all the homes around us were not occupied so that helped. DVD player in living room did not work, would liked to have been able to use the outside shower.

Since we didn’t come last year due to Covid, we were excited to come back. There are couple of things that stood out. In the pictures it showed a grilled and we were excited to be downstairs and use the grill but it wasn’t useable. The staircase, parts of the fencing was coming off and we had to make sure the kids didn’t lean on it so they don’t fall down. During times between 3-6pm the temperature was very warm inside the house. We had the A/C on 65 and it was still warm, luckily I brought our fan from home so that helped a little bit. Even using the wall fan in the house it still made it warm. The carpet has a lot of stains. Other than that, If you are in the back patio it’s nice to relax and watch the sunset. After a day in the beach, there was a shower downstairs which was nice to have before coming inside the house. Since we didn’t go out to eat, we did go to the local Walmart and bought food, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had a good time with our family.

This is our 4th time renting this particular condo. We absolutely love the location and the very short walk to the beach...truly just steps away.
Condo does sleep 6, but the only drawback to that is the one bathroom but for the price you can make it work and we do.
The overall experience of Garden City Beach is very family oriented, laid back and extremely clean.
