We love Surfmaster North tower.We stay on the 11th floor and can only see God's great work. Our problem is the repair schedule and notice of such outages. Signs are placed in the elevator saying what they are working on. The air conditioner was off for water tower repair. We did not leave the condo during the day and did not know what was wrong with our air. Long story shorten- We were without air condition for 2 1/2 days. Our instructions on how to reset the air unit were in a drawer. Another guest helped us with written instructions. A sign in the elevator doesn't communicate to everyone. Or a sign saying to reset air unit would have helped.

As a group trip my family and 2 other families decided to take a trip to the beach for Thanksgiving. This house was awesome and accommodated all of our needs to the T. Everything was clean and very usable. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and I will more than likely being staying here again myself.

This unit was nice, but having carpet in any unit near the beach is a problem. The one reason we love beach house 109 is it has hardwood floors. It does not stink at all and you can just sweep up with a broom. The carpet did not smell as bad as others units in Garden City. I will only rent units without carpet from know on. Over all it is nice to stay right on the beach and the building was quiet and the pool is nice. We love the location of beach house and Garden City. We love the Hot Fish Club best food in Garden city. Also the Porch needs a table and High back Chairs so you can see over the rail.

What a great experience. We have spent a decade of winter months in Garden City and have always enjoyed our time there. This year we were in Marlin Quay and we love the location, loved the unit. We found the neighbors very friendly. We highly recommend Garmden City Realty for your vacation rental needs.

Great place, the only thing needing fix was the handicap shower head holder, which was broken.

We really enjoyed our stay. Garden City personnel were friendly and shared great information. While not. The home was spacious, well furnished and clean.
The only negatives: previous renters left trash in shrubs around pool area. One of the many beds needed- the frame needed to be tightened.

This is a beautiful house. Only issue was sliders off living room would not open on one side and the other side was super hard to open and close. That was the most convenient way to the pool.

Surfmaster is a wonderful place to stay. The location is awesome. This is our 4th stay, but in a different unit. Unit 408 is beautiful, but could use more kitchen amenities. Also, the internet connection was very slow (we use internet for work). All considered, I would recommend the Surfmaster.

This house and location are fabulous. The ocean was so close we felt like we were on a cruise ship. Four generations enjoyed all the amenities, games, and activities offered in what felt like our own paradise. Thank you to Garden City and John, the caretaker who made us feel most welcome. We would definitely like to return to the Flying Geese!

Was sad when found out old house was gone , as it was a really charming home . New Marsh Oak did not disappoint . House was lovely . The porches were nice and deep , the reason we rent here , THE BEST VIEW OF THE MARSH . We really enjoyed the gazebo and dock area with the kayaks and the grandkids made good use of the cornhole . New outdoor grill area was a plus . Wasn't the first and definitely not our last stay there !
