We had a great stay October 21-28 in Surfmaster 106. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that we were unable to connect to the Internet with the password that we were given. We were able to access internet with our hotspots on our phones. This was our only disappointment.

We had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Condo was very nice. Need a skillet. Beds were very comfortable. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable to relax after a busy day.

When I first arrived the rental was supposed to be at Carolina Shores. I was promised a 1st floor ( did not happen ) Not a big deal but there was only 11 parking places for numerous rentals. I mentioned this to the employees out front and did not recieve any help. They just stated that the parking is bad and would get towed if parked any other place. ( NO Help ). This is when I insisted on seeing the manager ( He changed my location and was very professional / due to him and him only I plan on going thru your company again. I have been going there with my family for 20 plus years straight. This was my second trip this year and only took my wife. Thanks the manager for me.

Garden city was great. View perfect. Place was clean. Neat probably owned by a man no warm feel . Appliances. Cheap as possible including coffeemaker oven/stove dishwasher. TV in main living space is bedroom size very small

We had a great time. House is beautiful, bright and spacious. Kitchen area could have been cleaned a little better.Location is great. Staff was great and always attentive. Only problem was the wifi didn’t work. We had a problem with lights not working (was out of everyone’s control) and as soon as I called, they had someone out to look and fix the problem! We plan on returning to same house on our next visit!

We thought the unit was very nice. Considering the pandemic, we felt the unit was cleaned well. I did, however, do my own cleaning to make me feel better.
Our only complaint was the living room furniture was not comfortable. It needed an ottoman to prop feet up own. Also, should have had current instructions to deal with ALL the remotes for the tv.
We would stay at this unit again. Thought the keyless entry was fantastic!!

For a large family reunion type of vacation this house works out great.Plenty of room, perfect size pool, and the location in Inlet Point is the perfect beach location for those that don't like the hustle and bustle of the area closer to the Garden City Pier.

We love staying at Marlin Quay. The view of the inlet is beautiful from the balcony. We excellant service from Garden City Realty. The condo was very clean and extra nice to have the linens on the bed when we arrived! Beds were comfortable!
