Place was nice. Everything fine until we got locked in . The door would not open. We were stuck inside. Called maintenance. He arrived but he couldn’t get in from the outside. The door just jammed up on everybody. Couldn’t get in. Couldn’t get out. We left a maintenance man in through the bedroom window. He finally took the door apart. Replace the whole handle and lock. But it was kind of a scary situation. Four about five hours. Maintenance guy was very nice. He did a good job. it was just kind of a scary situation.

Loved the location of this condo. Wish there was more storage. The owner had excess old blankets, mattress covers, pillows in the bedroom closets - both on shelf and on floor-we could have used that storage for shoes and clothes. Balcony and high top table furniture were wonderful. Need hooks on back of doors. Check in at GC Realty on 6/29 was a nightmare. We had to pick up part of our party at airport at 5:30 and I didn't think we would make it. Overall though, a great week.

This is the place to stay if you want right on the beach. Condo is very roomy and has everything you need to have a great time. Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice pool too. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean, very well furnished. The only complaint about the room was the water pooling on the deck and there seemed to be no drain to remove the water. We were not happy about the roof arangement over the deck with most of the deck not having a roof over it. We like to set on the deck during the day and the evening.

This is a wonderful home in great condition in a wonderful location. There only complaint I have with the property is a few blinds can't be adjusted because the rod has broken off.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasswear, and the appliances all work.

Not a fancy place, but the view, ocean/beach right outside the door, big rooms, porch, always plenty of hot water, well supplied kitchen made this a relaxing, fun vacation for our family. Close to Wal-Mart, grocery stores, Krispy Kreme, and restaurants. Just the right distance from the Garden City pier.
