This was a last minute rental. The views from the front room are simply the best. Access to and from was very easy. Everything was clean and ready to use. All was perfect except for the funky tub/shower in the MB. I have a handicap and it was challenging to get into and I didn’t feel safe standing in the shower. The condo was very clean and a great location and view. The king bed was very comfortable. The condo met our needs very well. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed and the kitchen cabinets need to be updated. While there, the internet and Wi-Fi stopped working and even after calling the realty twice, it never was restored. This meant no tv which was not all that bad.

We enjoyed this precious old style beach cottage. Our daughter was engaged right out in front of the house in the dunes. We will always have precious memories at Pier Pressure.
I do wish there had been more seating for our family.

This is just the best little house in Garden City. We love the location. The front porch is awesome for relaxing, watching the ocean, or even watching traffic. The kitchen is well stocked (2 fridges), and the furniture is very comfortable. We've rented this house two years in a row, and we hope that next year will be a third!

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Sea Master 308. This unit works well for our family and has the right number of beds available. The queen and twin mattresses in the middle bedroom were a little too firm for our liking. Also, when we arrived, the first bedroom on the right was warm. We discovered that the window was partially open. Once we got it closed, the A/C worked great!

This beautiful condo was all we could ask for and more. The balcony overlooking the ocean was exceptionally large with room to stay out of the sun (skin cancer). The kitchen was well equipped. We reserved it already for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Curl Cottage! They were a few minor things wrong with the house that bugged us but didnt damper our vacation! The ice maker took a long time to make ice. Also, none of the bathroom doors locked. But we loved the location of the house! The kids had room to play outside while waiting for dinner to cook. Lovely place! Definitely will be back next year!

This house is perfect for two people! We've been looking for a little place to enjoy and we found it! This is our 7th time to the beach and this experience was the best! My husband had good fishing days, you can walk to the pier, the neighbors are friendly and not crowded on the beach! We will be back next year and years after! Thank you!
