Awesome. Eventhough we don't drink alcohol, the owners gift of a bottle of wine and cooler of beer was a very nice touch. The cake was also excellent. We have rebooked for the week of July 4th.

I truly enjoy dealing with Garden City Realty. It is very easy to make reservations with them online. They are also very pleasant to deal with if you need to call. I love the Surfmaster! I like that they provide linens and have umbrellas and chairs to
rent...plus you go directly to Surfmaster to check-in!

We really enjoyed our rental. It was everything that he said it would be. Very well maintained and very clean. When we checked in we had a problem with 2 of the TVs but they sent someone over quickly. Staff was friendly. We got the linen package and was very pleased with all the items they left. They had plenty of outdoor furniture.

I have to say this was the best vacation I have ever had! Madame Butterfly was outstanding, great location, great little house, very comfortable furniture and beds, I can't say enough good things about the place. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great house! Nicely decorated, furniture and beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with table settings, flatware and pots and pans. Only one small suggestion that is important to cooks, and that is to have the chopping and paring knives sharpened and provide a better spatula. Overall, we were all very pleased with the accomadations!

Stay was nice the bed in the master was squeaky and would be better if it was a king. Cigarette buts on the balcony. Otherwise a great stay. Probably could use new cushions on the balcony funiture

We recently stayed at suite 202 at Marlin Quay in Garden City.
location was great,less than 5 minute walk to beach, overlooking marina and the marsh walkway at murrell's inlet. Outside area was always clean,pools in great condition
Condo inside furniture in good condition
Beds very comfortable,bathrooms in very good condition. suggest that cushions for patio furniture need to be replaced and carpets in bedrooms could use a cleaning but overall I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.
