This was our 3rd year in this house...and we enjoyed it and the location. Suggestions are: dishwasher did not work every time; the front upstairs bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the upstairs; the drain in this bathroom would not drain..very slow; evberything else was satisfactory.

Loved the location. I would recommend replacing/repairing the missing sections of the blinds in the den and master bedroom bc being on the second floor allows people walking the beach or pool side to see in the condo. My dad fixed as many as he could for you. Also this den needs a DVD player. Other than that everything was great.

The only complaint I have is the mattress in the back bedroom needs to be replaced. It practically goes to the floor when you sit on it. Otherwise we had a great time and no other issues. Would stay there again!

Renting at Surfmaster, through Garden City Realty, was effortless. We were notified around 1:35 that our unit was ready and we had a keypad to enter, so all of it was super easy! The unit was beautiful, clean and welcoming and the King bed was the most comfortable ever!! We had a wonderful week!

Pleased with our Service and Occupancy

We have owned our unit for a number of years and visited frequently until I retired five years ago. We never rented the place, but when we moved to the Midwest it sat vacant for long periods. We didn't want to part with the unit. Our children still live in the area and we enjoy visiting periodically, and they also liked to use it occasionally. We contacted with Drew at Garden City Realty, and have been very pleased with their service and ability to place rentals. Our occupancy is around 90%, and we simply block out the times our extended family want to use the unit.

Very efficient and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. Can't say enough! She treated us like we were the only clients.
