We have visited Myrtle Beach every summer for the past 9 years. This was the first time that we actually rented a house. The house was fantastic, and was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach access. The house was spacious, clean, and all appliances worked great. Having the private swimming pool was an added plus. The neighborhood was quiet, but the house is within walking distance of the pier if craving some action. I definitely recommend Grammies Playhouse, and will rent again on future trips.

We had a good time. The view from the front deck was great. Felt as if we were of the beach. Houskeeping was very prompt and cooperative when called, but unit was not particularly clean when we arrived.

Our family reunion was incredible. The Flying Geese offered our grandchildren everything imaginable. The house had putt putt golf, a basketball hoop, plenty of driveway to ride their new scooters, and a step a way from the beach. The house was large enough to offer privacy as well as areas for family meals and activities. We were grateful for the two refrigerators. There is an amazing caretaker who checked with us during the vacation and answered all of our questions. We have already booked The Flying Geese for next year. Don't miss this gem.

Easy rental process. The property is nice and in a great location. Located near Murrells Inlet where there is plenty of excellent dinning. Plenty of good golf nearby as well.

When I read reviews, I prefer to read the negative first. So my only complaint is that when booking this unit through Garden City Realty, you only receive ONE parking pass. The unit accommodates 8 people, and if you're like us, we have multiple family memebers driving from different areas. The over flow parking lot is 10 minutes away and minimal parking on the roads in the area. Having said that, we had a great time! This unit is very clean, and in a very good location. The screened in porch with double sliding doors was fantastic. We loved this unit and would recommend it to others. You just have to get used to not going many places, or shuttle drivers to their vehicles before dinner. A pain in the rear, but not a deal breaker. Sun rises from the comfort of the porch or short jump to the beach. Pool on property. Nice big charcoal grill. Nice rental.
