My husband and I lived here in 2013-2016, because of personal reasons we moved back to VA. While on vacation in Aug.'18 we wanted to look at homes, we were referred to Drew Dellinger. We called on a Sunday, met with him after he showed us a home in Murrells Inlet. We put a contract on the home and spoke with him MULTIPLE times from VA. Drew would get back with us within minutes regarding our concerns. He helped us with everything from what damages the storm might have done to the house (he went to the house and checked around) to what the #s were to the utilities. Everything from A-Z. Drew is very knowledgeable in all areas and a GREAT realtor to work with. I would recommend Drew to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!! Thank you for everything Drew.

We were so impressed with how nice, comfortable, and fantastic this condominium was! We have stayed at Surf Master before and love the location, but this was by far the nicest condo we. have stayed in! The view is breathtaking, it is beautifully decorated, and every comfort is accounted for. We are hoping to book it again for next year!

This house has everything you could want ! Beautiful big pool ! Beautiful house . Well stocked kitchen , Lots of parking spaces , clean, nice bathrooms. A nice view of the ocean . We had a great vacation there. I would recommend this rental. Thank you Garden City Realty.

MB holds a special place in our heart and where we celebrate our anniversary yearly for over 9 years. This was our first visit to Ocean Townes and we will return. It started off rough with the hurricane and ended up being a Fabulous stay. Special thanks to Robin Green at Garden City Realty for all her hard work, kindness and compassion to make our holiday in this very special beach house possible, after a slew of unfortunate incidents leading up to check in. We stayed in this unit for 4 nights over the Easter holiday. The unit has recently been renovated with hardwood floors and an open kitchen with very nice new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay, including cookware, towels, bedding, and even beach chairs. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with new, very comfortable patio furniture.

House was great. No issues. Pool was great for anyone of any age, but the kiddie pool was particularly nice for small children. Plenty of room for parking. My family and I would definatly stay here again.

This was our second year staying in this room and we love it. We have two little ones who also loved it. It had everything we need from kitchen appliances to extra pillows and blankets to and extra beach umbrella. The place is always super clean. My only issue I had this year was once my room was ready and we received the text, the code wouldn’t work on the door. I called the garden city number and left a message but no one ever returned a call. Finally after about 35 minutes the code worked and we were able to get in. But we love this room and are sad that it is already booked for next year!

We loved our vacation rental experience. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The place was clean and had everything I needed when making food for the week. It was clean upon arrival and I loved the fact I did not have to provide my own linens.

Thank you for an absolutely perfect week with our kids and our grandkids. We cook alot, and we found your kitchen to be loaded with every gadget, pots, bowls and dishes we'd need. The house was immaculate when we arrived, so we tipped our housekeeper and the grandbabies wrote her a sweet note of thanks. The heated pool was necessary due to the cold ocean temp, so it was a wonderful escape from the sand, in the afternoon. We'd book again next year but we think we'll have more of our kids join us so there won't be enough space, which we're all sad about. Anyone wanting the perfect accomodations should book this house now!
