We rented this house because it had an elevator, there was no house blocking the view of the ocean and it had a path through the dune which meant no steps for my mom who celebrated her 90th birthday.
The furnishings were pretty basic but suited our needs. I wish it had another refrigerator and a little more furniture in the living area.

We loved Grammies Playhouse! The house was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation week an awesome one. We loved the size of the yard a huge plus with kids and several vehicles plus golf cart. We had lot's of space for parking and the kids had room to play games, ride bikes etc. The circular drive was nice because no one got blocked in. The pool area was a huge hit for the kids. They LOVED it. The adults of course enjoyed the HOT TUB. Furniture was nice, enjoyed the stereo, and the rockers on front porch. The only issue we had was keeping dirt from getting on the sidewalks around the pool and in the pool. We could tell the home owners had tried planting nice sod but unfortunately most of it had died so therefore the kids tracked through the dirt :( Grammies was our favorite house to date and we've been vacationing in Myrtle Beach every year for 10+ years now.

The owners have 30+ silk flowers in the unit. I have stayed there twice and both times I had to put them out on the balcony because they are such dust collectors. Allerigies! Also, the dish washer rack has needed fixed for two years. Two minor inconveniences in a lovely stay. We love being so close to the ocean.

The condo was clean and what you would expect from an oceanfront rental. Unfortunately, the dishwasher would run for 3 hours and still not clean the dishes. All the pools in the neighboring properties were open, however, the Afterdeck pool was closed. Not sure why. Also, the grounds around the property was littered with cigarette butts and empty cans, bottles, etc. So the Condo was clean but the property could use some attention. Overall a good stay but would like to see it cleaned up.

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed in this complex before. Very nice and covenant. There is no carpet anymore either. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this place. Also very good to have bathroom you can use in the lobby. The place is very well taken care of.

Stayed 8 days in September. We always enjoy our stay at Ocean Cove. They added a table on the deck a couple years ago, we so enjoy being able to sit out and play cards or just listen to the ocean.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Garden City.We have been coming here for 18 years and love it. Beach is great and the condo is always clean and nice and the staff at Garden City reality alway great.

Our stay at Mystic Tide was wonderful. I would recommend this property to any one. We loved the home. The decor is very nice. It has a nice view and its in a great family neighborhood. It's very comfortable. It made me and my family want to move to Surfside! The location is great because its within walking distance from everything you could want. The landscaping around the home is beautiful and the home is very well cared for. My family and I were very pleased with Mystic Tide.

Everything about our vacation was wonderful. The condo was so beautiful and clean. We plan on coming back next year and hope to get the same condo. The parking garage was a little confusing at first, but after the first day I was able to navigate it fine.
