We usually stay at a penthouse at surfmaster every year. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in our penthouse and the temp wouldn’t go down. A potential vacation disaster. It is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful view of the beach. I enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Small things need to be fixed. The dryer doesn’t heat on the timed setting, blinds didn’t work, and TV in living room didn’t get fixed until Friday of our stay.

We had a great vacation here. One of the major pluses was that the beach is right out the back of the unit. The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.

We loved the Condo and had the best stay, we had not been able to take a vacation in a couple of years because of health and money issues and this was just what we wanted. The Condo itself was beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view too!! It couldn’t have been any easier to get to it was right near the elevator which was a great thing for me. We had a great time with our grandkids and children and would stay again.

Serenity by the Sea is our favorite property! We have rented for several years and hands down this property is the best. It has everything you need for your home away from home. It is clean, comfortable...a great space to gather and a great place to have individual quite time if you need it. I would highly recommend this property. Also, Garden City Realty is the best! Very nice. Had fun. Pool very nice. Keyless entry nice. Walkway needs extended. Did not like public walkways on both sides of the house.

The views from Surf Master unit 907 were amazing. Staff was very friendly and kept the grounds clean daily. Our unit was well equipped with kitchen items and worked well for our family vacation with my 83 year old mother. Only negative was that the TV in bedroom with twin beds was not working (but who watches TV at the beach anyway).
