Star haven for the week was a great choice. About a 1 min walk to the closest public beach access. The ocean view from the front porch was awesome. We walked to the pier a couple of nights, not a bad walk at all. The house is very comfortable, furniture and beds were more than sufficient. The staff at garden city realty was awesome. We will definitely use again.

The home is nicely decorated and well maintained. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. The home owners provide little extras like rafts and noodles for the pool. Great place for your pet with fenced yard. The pool is a great size and nice pool area. The only thing that would make it better is if it were ocean front. Would definitely stay here again.

We had been left no clean linen when we arrived. I called the proper number for property management laundry, and it wasn’t too long before someone showed up with just what we needed.

Upon arrival the GCR inspector said that several TV remotes were missing and would be replaced. Never heard anything about that. We did without. The door codes didn't work so we contacted GCR and they were able to reprogram the codes remotely. Very professional maintenance department. We were surprised to find a King Bed in one room so the listing hasn't been updated for that upgrade. Bedrooms have AC window units and central air and some were still uncomfortably warm. Outdoor grill and some of the deck furniture needs to be replaced. Very pleased that linens were provided. A downstairs ice maker would be a great addition. Beach access and dock/inlet access was awesome.

We loved our stay at Ocean Cove. The home was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a week away from home. Easy access to the beach and pool. This was our first vacation in several years, and it was a perfect getaway! Besides the beautiful beach, we enjoyed "the Upside Down House", the Aquarium, a dolphin cruise, dinners at Murrell's Inlet, putt putt, and lots of great ice cream! I highly recommend it to everyone!

All beach houses have their pros and cons. This beach house had a great island kitchen which was amazing for our family when cooking at all times of the day. The tile flooring was great for cleanups, although I would recommend having a newer broom and a vacuum. Bathrooms were awesome & outdoor shower was great when coming back from the beach or after the pool. I would recommend having garbage cans in all of the bedrooms. The flies were terrible all around the pool area on the turf from the palm tree & the fruits that fell off. The palm trees also need trimmed in the back area & in the front for the master's walk out deck as they are overgrown. The bikes that are locked up should be moved out of the way so you can actually use the swing to its full potential. Also, remove the table on the small back area, it was dirty and useless. All in all it was a great, updated beach house that has some small/little things that could be updated for the future.

The inside of the home was very well equipped with everything needed; especially the kitchen. Have 2 refrigerators - one upstairs and one down - was such a BONUS. The washer and dryer looked new and worked perfectly. We had more than enough space as we had 6 people staying here. The front and back deck made it easy to go downstairs based off of where you were in the home. Renting a golf cart is a must with this location being located b/t the pier, marina, and grocery store. The pool was well maintained and was serviced at least 3 times during our stay. The pool was ideal with the wall separating the shallow from the deep (we had a 2 year old staying with us). It would of been very beneficial if the decking from the house was extended to the beach a few more feet as the sand was extremely hot. No grill was a downer, but no sure it was listed as part of the property. The vents and under dressers maintained by the cleaning service could of been better as there was dust in both. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is gorgeous, clean, up-to-date, quiet area, pool was perfect! We truly enjoyed spending our vacation at Sea Daze! Staff was very helpful & very friendly. I mostly spoke to Robin, great person always friendly & helpful! We will rent from Garden City Realty in the future.

This condo is a home away from home! All the amenities. We loved garden city beach is across the street from the condo. The condo pool was great. We loved how we can cook at thr condo and do laundry. We loved all the decor ! Definitely would book again this condo.

Surfmaster 702 was perfect for us. Two of our grandsons ages eight and nine skipped their regular family vacation to go with us to the beach. What an honor! We had a blast eating out, beach bumming and shopping. No limit on things to do and see. One week isn’t nearly enough time. Surfmaster is our first choice every time. So handy to everything. Clean, nice decor. Sleeper sofa is a little lacking. We have used garden city realty about five or six years for vacation booking. Thumbs up!!! Never been disappoited.
