The condo was clean and in order but the instruction on how to work the tv was out dated. The North pool has been drained 2 years in a row so we had to use the South Tower pool. The problem is we have kids and although an adult needs to be in the pool area, the rest of the family likes to communicate with the kids and adults in the pool area. That is the reason we always rent 101 or 103 for 2 wks on last wk of April and 1st week of May.

Great time. Garden city realty staff so professional and communicates every detail from check in to the time we leave. House is amazing and has everything you need. We have a big family of different ages so all the activities the house offers met everyone's need from Fishing, Movie theater, Beach, Basketball, Pickle ball, Tennis, Ping pong, Pool, Hot tub, and my favorite the nice ice machine in the garage was perfect. Again, once you arrive no need to leave has everything. Great stay would highly recommend

Great rental. We've rented this unit several times and always had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had this time are that the beds really need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms need some upgrade/attention. Really starting to show their age. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time....even though we didn't catch any fish from the dock. The grounds are well-kept and the Condo is very nice. Ours had a great view of the Inlet and Marsh. We will definitely stay in this Condo again !

The house was big enough and parking was perfect for both bikes and trailers. (Biggest draw) We were allowed to rent additional days, the beach was the location we prefer to walk, and we had some good seafood and weather. What more could you ask for?

Beautifully decorated and so clean! Perfect place for 6 or less guests. Quiet community and convenient. Owner takes pride in this home. A family favorite for us. Looking forward to coming again.

This house is very clean considering its a dog friendly rental, well stocked with everything you would need. Comes with plenty of sheets and towels (hand, body, floor, and dish towels as you would need. Its a short walk to the Garden city pier. (they have very good breakfast and bar food. Left side bay light is out where you park your vehicle. Be careful (in I believe its listed as room number 2) the foot board base will stub your toes and tear up your shins. Also if you like fire pit parties, seems everyone loves to set up right in-front of this house and party up until 2 am most nites, I'm assuming its because it one house over from a public access. It would be nice if there was a picnic table and some chairs downstairs to enjoy the awesome covered porch. Both trash cans were overflowing when we arrived and we contacted rental company twice and it was 5 days until they emptied them so we didn't have anywhere to put our trash. I also want to add there were NO bugs of any kind in this house.
