I was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, view, amenities, streamlined process,communication,and quality of the condo! We could not have asked for a better view of or access to the beach! There were two balconies and both allowed us a perfect view of the ocean! The owners went above and beyond to make sure the condo was "stocked" with the necessities for our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

Our second year here and looking forward to next year. You can tell that this condo has been taken care of even though a few things need to be updated. Garden city was very attentive with a few of our needs and the staff at Atalaya was friendly. The weather was not cooperative this year - cool and windy!!

For a condo that can sleep 6-8 guests, it would be nice to have more seating in the main living area, which comfortably seats only 5, with one sofa and two chairs. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and cookware/bakeware, specifically a large salad bowl and a griddle for pancakes and grilled cheese. These few things would make it absolutely perfect!

We absolutely enjoyed staying in unit #202 Surf Master! Realtor Robin Green was excellent and was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The unit was very clean, spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The oceanfront views were spectacular as was the relaxing sound of the waves! Parking, security and beach access were great. We would highly recommend Robin at Garden City Realty and the management team!

We enjoyed the condo but there are a few issues that should be addressed. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. There is a huge bulge on the right side and very uncomfortable. Also it would be nice if the bathrooms were updated to include a walk in shower. All of our needs in the kitchen were met, every thing we need to cook was available. Furniture was . Compared to other rentals being occupied at the same time, we thought the price was a tad high.

The condo we stayed was very pleasant. It has a great view and deck. It was very clean. A few things I would recommend are: The bed is the master bedroom has an air bladder on each side with controls. The one on the right side does not hold air so you sink down! The cushions (foam) in the two chairs in the living room are worn out and you will sink way down making it hard to get up, replace the foam. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it.

Location and provisions were great. Have to say this was the cleanest seasonal rental I have ever rented. Garden City Realty is great to work with. The only reason we are not renting again is that there was no place to store or lock our bikes.
