This is probably the most comfortable 1 bedroom Surf Master Condo that we have stayed in and we have been coming to SM for years. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could actually use the cookware. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The 12th floor was quiet even though it was the end of bike week and the beginning of another bike week. Overall I have nothing bad to say about it other than some instructions to operate the living room tv would be very helpful. We hope to return again to this same unit.

Garden City Reality is always great to work with. We've used them for years. The condo was just as it was stated. It was comfortable and clean . I would make a couple of suggestions. Update the cookware and put a rug at the sliding door to keep from walking so much sand in from the porch. I plan to rent this condo again.

Location was perfect the dishwasher didn't drain and the exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work bed and roll out bed very uncomfortable dishes that were in cabinet needed washed again some were dirty

This condo has the best kitchen. It's been updated and works well. The bathroom floors, toilets,and vanities have been updated. The master bath would be better with an updated shower. I also would prefer all floors without carpet. But you couldn't beat the views. Can sit in the living room and feel like you're at the beach. Absolutely stunning views!

All aspects of Garden City Realty as a rental company was a great experience: friendly representatives, excellent communication, complete guidance for a trouble free vacation rental.

The unit, however, was disappointing in that there was virtually nothing provided for the guests. It was clean...but there was nothing to use to wipe down anything or clean in any way. There were four tissues in an almost empty box, two half rolls of toilet paper, and almost no paper towels on a roll. No beach items at all. No ice or water dispenser on the fridge. One trash bag other than the trash bag in the container. Guests will need to go shopping immediately upon arrival. This may be the standard situation for most rentals, but my previous experiences at SurfMaster were very different.

I have stayed at other rentals in this building (using other rentals methods) that provided much more in the way of basic items. I am not sure if this has to do with the actual owner of the property, but someone should provide just a little more to guests in the way of basic supplies and beach items.

The beds were not the most comfortable, but there were plenty of linens, towels and washcloths available. The coffee maker was fine.

In the future, I would likely choose a different unit if others were available...for comparison purposes, if nothing else.

BH217 is very nice. Perfect view and distance from the ocean. Not too far from the pier and main business area but far enough that you can't hear the music at night. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely look to stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in to the condo this year and see it was totaled renovated! Beautifully done! Realty company was great and quickly responded to an issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a great condo, beautiful views and great weather!

We had a wonderful time as usual. The resort wasn't too crowded and the weather was nice. Only one day of rain and we went to the movies. We always feel at home in this unit.

This is actually the 4/5 time that we have stayed at Sandy Shores 3. We were not aware that we could have gotten a spare bedroom w just twin beds & not bunk beds. We will change buildings next year since we could have used an elevator. I have had knee & hip issues this year. The only other thing we noticed that would be a big help would be to have darker curtains in the bedrooms since the lights on the porch stay on all night. Other than that, we enjoy our stay there always!! Thanks!!

We booked our beach stay with Royal Garden Realty. Upon arriving in room 1212 we found there had been a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The plaster had fallen off the ceiling and was all over the bar, the bar chairs and the carpet. The carpet was also wet close to the bar. After contacting the realty company they booked us into room 1411. Wow what a difference. The place was very neat and clean. Whoever owns this room did an excellent job updating and cleaning this condo. Thank you to Garden City Realty and the owner for letting us stay in this beautiful condo.

The house was clean and ready for us. The drains upstairs were very slow in the showers, so you would end up standing in water. Other than that everything was great on our trip. I would say the parking limit for this house should be 4 as well. If we had brought more vehicles, I’m not sure where we would have put them.

The condo was clean, well-maintained, and attractively decorated! The ocean is only a few feet away and the pool area is lovely!

West End

We loved the cottage. It was perfect for two couples. After a short glitch with the wifi (password provided was incorrect), everything was just fine. The house was super clean, mattresses comfortable, plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for walking to the many dining options in Murrells Inlet and it was a short drive to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntingdon Beach SP. The road is a bit busy but not so much to keep us awake at night.
