We rented to unit so that we could be in the same building as several friends of ours. We loved how updated and clean the unit was when we arrived and its proximity to ocean and pool. It made it very easy for us to get out and enjoy the weather and also allow the kids to go back and forth as needed. Our unit was perfect for the seven of us that went and allowed for everyone to have a little space. I noticed that they did a good job trying to keep the common areas clean. My only complaint is that we had a total of 30 people in our group and 5 rented condos and we wanted to grill at the property and the information was not relayed to us very well that there is no grilling on the property. So we had to figure out other arrangements to do our grilling and luckily the neighbors allowed us to use some space. I feel like this information needs to be spelled out a little better than just not being able to grill under the unit. Part of the fun we were looking forward too was not being in a hurray at night and being able to grill. This is the one issue that is currently keeping me from wanting to rebook this unit.

Very good experience. We had rented for 29 years across the road at IP. Owners did not maintain their
properties. This unit, 203, Waterforde is excellent,
clean, comfortable, sleeps well and great AC. Owner could remove certain room ornaments/flowers allowing more space. We liked it so well, we have booked for
next year already.

The property, location, and overall experience was wonderful. We basically arrived at the house, unpacked our vehicles and we were able to easily walk to the pool, Beach and a good enough sampling of restaurants we needed. There was only one negative. We had to make our own beds. Not what I expected. This may be normal now but it made me feel a little more like an employee than a customer.

This penthouse did not disappoint. Very clean, and well furnished. Beautiful views of the sunrise each morning from the front deck overlooking the ocean, and wonderful views of the sunset from the same deck overlooking the inland.
Being able to walk just a short distance down the beach to Conch Cafe was a definite bonus! The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
We lacked for nothing during our stay and would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.

We had a great time and loved the location. It was quiet and very clean - which is very important to me. The staff was friendly and the premises were kept clean.

We love spending family time at the beach. The house was plenty big for all of us. Being right across from public access was perfect. Shared pool was plenty big. Overall, a win!

We have stayed at DD for several years, and love it. The yard and pool are a favorite for our young people- the cabana improvement(new chairs) were appreciated, as well as several furniture changes throughout. We understand why, but the downstairs with no windows is awfully gloomy. Otherwise it’s the perfect place for our 20 daily members!!!

The house was great. Second time we have stayed here. The dishwasher didn’t work but we did t really need it and so wasn’t an issue. The location is perfect for relaxing in front porch and enjoying the scenery.
