My family and I have been renting through Garden City Realty for over 25 years. They have always taken care of us and our needs. Never disappointed!

Great proximity to beach, pier and hwy 17. The four bedroom, 4 bath was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Having the pool and deck is a nice option. Glad to see those steps got painted light gray, making it not near as hot. The kitchen was well stocked. We don't want to stay anywhere else when we go to the beach.
