Boston Commons 202 was very well laid out and had great unexpected amenities such as a few pool/sand toys, some board games, plenty of books and extra household items like detergents etc. The condo was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and the beds were already made up. We loved the remodeled bathrooms especially the master! The kitchen was done well and included tons of cookware, utensils, & dishes/glassware. We liked the use of the elevator for unloading & loading our stuff but also when we were so tired from being on the beach all day. We liked being close enough to walk to the pier area for a few restaurant options but not have tons of people surrounding us on the beach. Everyone we had contact with on the phone or in person from the rental company were helpful, professional, & kind. The only downfall with this property is the outside of the complex needs some TLC. It is showing some wear & tear but once inside our unit or on the beach, we couldn't see any of that. Overall, we would happily stay in this unit in the future.

Enjoyed our week in this 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen is quite beautiful and stocked well. The bed was comfy to sleep on and there was plenty of room and my husband and me. We stayed in this unit a few years ago. The TV in the living area has been replaced with a nice new big screen TV that we enjoyed on the rainy days. It is time however to have the sofa cleaned. Also there is no storage in the master bath except for what is under the sink. Some shelves on the wall over the commode would be so helpful. Also this unit was missing a hair dryer. Overall we enjoyed this unit and will definitely consider staying in it again.

We have stayed at Surfmaster since 2015, mostly in unit 413. Very clean with all the amenities of home. The overall cleanliness of the grounds are clean. Pool is an added bonus. Never too crowded. Great location on the beach.

The check in/out process was new to us, but I am glad they went to this process. Very convenient and one less thing to keep up with (keys to condo)
The unit was very clean and the views of the beach are breath taken. Very family friendly and safe. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

Was a great house for 4 adults. Close to pier and everything we wanted to do in GCB. Would recommend to replace carpet but would not keep me from renting property again. Very Clean and maintained.
