Everyone was wonderful. Ended up having to take our little dachshund (other plans fell though). Pam was so helpful getting everything fixed we could bring him. Finn she said I have a Finn also. So Finn went to meet Pam. It was the best vacation. Only thing any better would be a covered. Covered that to set up a tent on the dock. Thanks Garden City Realty once again.

First time renting a vacation rental for the family and everyone was very satisfied. Plenty of room for all, having the pool & beach right on location was the best. Plenty of activities, restaurants & attractions centrally located. Will definitely be going back and recommend to other family & friends.

Vacation stay was great and relaxing. Unit was clean and well furnished. A little disappointed that the unit didn’t have an ice maker. Although manually filling ice trays were a memory of my childhood, unit should have an automatic ice maker for the price we are paying. Also not unit related, wish the free wi-fi would be strong out to the lifeguard umbrella area.

What a wonderful week we all had! The house fit us all (11) comfortably and memories were made! Kids couldn't decide between the beach, the pool and the hot tub, so lots of back and forth all day. Love that when you're cooking, your view is the ocean. Doesn't get better than that. The new Master Bath....big hit!! Papa could finally stand up in the shower! Recommend Metzler House for your family gatherings.

We did multiple activities from having shrimp and grits and mimosas at the Marina Bar, to cheesesteak and beer lunches on the Garden City Pier. Perfect weather allowed beautiful days on the beach. One day we rented a golf cart and exploded every street. We took advantage of the hot tub every day. Ate out in the evenings at local seafood restaurants and then would finish the day with a walk on the beach as the sun went down. Loved the Condo. Beautiful view ocean front and very convenient to the pool and beach. Definitely an A plus vacation.

Excellent Property, very clean and furnished and appointed very well. One concern is that the A/C system seems inadequate and in the need of maintenance or replacement as it doesn't completely cool the room.

The covered dock on the inlet was perfect for our family, because we love enjoying the sunsets, fishing and cruising in the boat. The beach access is directly across the street. The home was clean and comfortable. The maintenance man came by unannounced to change ac filters while our 2 young daughters were alone. Not crazy about that.
