We like the location and the condo this is our second year here.
We have already reserved next year.

This year we had some issues. The Wi-Fi did not work and none of the trouble shooting worked.

The door lock was also not working properly. We had to leave the room unlocked several times due to the lock not engaging.

Also we noticed some of the units had the beach chairs and umbrellas included with the room. This would be a nice amenity to have and one less thing the guest have to worry about while on vacation.

Our unit was gorgeous, wonderful balcony and great view. This condo was very clean and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff at Garden City Realty was very helpful as usual. We will stay at One Ocean Place again for sure!!

This vacation rental is superb! I don’t even know where to begin describing it. The updates are fantastic. The view is awesome. It was great to have 2 bigger beds instead of the twins in most units. The mattresses were really comfortable. Got to love the walk in showers instead of the tubs you have to climb over in other units. I don’t cook on vacation but I must say the kitchen was beautiful. The patio furniture was exceptionally nice too and last but not least-what a view!

We had 3 generations staying together and everyone equally enjoyed the house and the location. Having the pier close and being close to town provides nightlife for the youth. The beach in June has fun waves for bodyboarding. The pool is nice for the hot afternoon. There are basketball and sand volleyball courts nearby. The balcony is lovely, we spent lots of time out there. The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan and convenient for a large family. The check-in process with easy/fast and the code lock was convenient for everyone coming and going at different times.

This house had everything a large family needs to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes, pots, bowls, etc which made cooking easy.

The unit was very, very clean, bright and inviting. Great views of the coastline. Nice and private also. Was nice to have the keyless entry for the front door so I didn't have to worry about lugging around a key. Bed was very comfortable too. Livingroom furniture seemed brand new and was very comfortable too. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit also. Pool was very clean and the pool area was always clean too. Maintenance kept the building, elevators and the grounds very nice and clean. I can't wait to come back!

this place has a ton of space for everyone to spread out including each room having its own bathroom. the pool was awesome and the very very short walk to the beach was very convenient. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle of north myrtle beach.
