My family and I stayed for a week and loved it. The house was very clean and a very short distance to the beach, the pier and the pavilion. We really enjoyed our time. Definitely will book for our next beach trip.

Wonderful location and very nice updated condo. We would definitely rent again. We would like to see more kitchen items. We like to eat in and could have used more pots and pans. We were disappointed with the delay and process of getting into the condo. We understand there are currently delays for everything now a day. But, we were still expected to be out in time.

The unit was near perfect with a few exceptions which were discussed with John, the maintenance guy who was excellent. Very impressed with Garden City Realty staff and what appeared to be new sign in /registration process. So impressed that I asked to see the manager and told her how grateful I was for an early check in (never happened before), check in took about 5 minutes vs 15 or more previously and no waiting in line (was about 15 to 30 minutes previously). I have rented from Garden City Realty and its predecessor CondoTels for over 30 years and have experiences ranging from good to excellent and with units being perfect to those with A/c broke, alarms which constantly went off, windows which were all locked, major plumbing problems, etc. Garden City has done a good job addressing the issues. I will continue to rent from them.

Staff at Garden City Realty were very well organized and efficient. Had a minor repair needed for cabinet door and curtain rod assembly and set a handyman to
do the repair. Excellent staff.

We have been using them for years and have zero complaints! Compass Rose 12 is absolute perfection and we cannot wait to get there next month! Garden City Beach is our little slice of Heaven and the employees at GCR are the angels!
