Our family has used Garden City Realty for several years in the past. This year, we adopted a rescue dog; she has become a huge part of our family. I searched for beach accommodations that allowed fur babies and came across Livin' the Coastal Life! So many other rental companies have either a strict no dogs allowed rule or ridiculously low weight limits.

We are delighted that Garden City Realty has so many options to choose from, and booking is always a breeze. We can't wait for our trip next month!

We are so excited about coming to Garden City again. It is our little piece of heaven every year.

When we go to the beach, we stay at Garden City Realty for the location, price, comfort, and respectable people.

My family and I have stayed with Garden City Realty for years. My mom's best friend Nita Benton told her about Garden City and helped her get her first room back in 2015. We love the spacious condos that we have stayed in. The condos are finished with great beds, some with couch beds. They are dishes and cook utensils. The only thing we have to bring is our clothes and food.

The place was great. Very clean and comfortable and awesome views. The only issues we had were the AC not working properly, when drying our clothes in the dryer it would leave brown stains on some of the clothes maybe do to rust and there were a couple times we would come back from going out and there was no parking on either level. Overall it was a great stay though. Thanks

Beautiful house and we love the location. plenty of room and the oceanfront view was great. The only complaint is the dryer didn't work good and we called and left a message and nobody came out to fix it.

Enjoyed another wonderful vacation renting through GCR. Great house and loved having the pool and outdoor space. Plenty of room for our large family, and the house had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. A few issues were resolved promptly, even when the air conditioning went out on the holiday. The realty was most attentive about suggestions for replacing certain worn out items, but none that hindered our stay. Looking forward to next year!
