We were very pleased with our stay. The location was great and balcony was terrific being so close to ocean. Condo is pretty dated and couldn't get hot water in one of the three bedrooms were only negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly as well as helpful.The unit my husband and I stayed in was very nice and accommodating, also very clean and neat. We had never been to Garden City before but liked it so well, we're planning a longer stay next year.

We have rented this same house about 5-6 times over the last few years and still love it. There are only 2 things I would change about it and that is, black out curtains for the 2 front bedrooms as the sun shines directly in them first thing in the morning. The other thing would be to add more things to the kitchen. Cookware and serving items are very sparse. Other than that it’s out favorite place to stay!

We stayed in the Better Twin for 10 days beginning Labor Day weekend. We thought the location was great. The home had a lot of room and was very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen with the exception of cabinet space for food and snacks. As stated in other reviews the pantry smelled musty from the mop but we didn’t use it so it was fine. It does have a lot of steps so if you are elderly or can’t do steps the Better Twin would not be a good choice. We loved having a private pool however the tree on the other side of the fence kept it full of leaves. Also the upstairs was very hot when we arrived and we found it was due to a broken handle on the sliding patio door in the 2nd floor street side bedroom. It was left open a couple of inches and doesn’t lock. The door also had a large gap between the stationary side and sliding side. Large enough we stuffed a towel in it. After that the room cooled down. Also the carpet in that particular room had a couple stains. Looked like something spilled or pet had accident. I realize it is the end of the season and accidents happen but I just don’t know why the guest that had the spill or pet accident didn’t clean it up. Some people just don’t respect others property. Overall, the house was one of the best we have stayed in and would definitely rent again.

We had the best vacation ever, thanks to Garden City Reality. we arrived early and the condo was perfect & clean,just like the pictures on line.we park our car on the second parking level right near our unit.the two elevators were right from the door.Go down two levels to pools,hot tops& ocean. the staff was great& helpfull. I definitly wiil use Garden City Reality for our next vacation.Garden City Beach is the best. Thanks for One Ocean Place Resort& Garden city Reality for giving my wife& I a 5 Star V acation Roger&judy l.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Captain's Walk III 2C. Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean and steps from the ocean and the Garden City pier. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I would suggest room darkening curtains for the master, as even though they were heaby, the lights are always on outside, and our room never got super dark. We did see a few water bugs, but that's something you can't really escape in SC. Overall, I would recommend this condo and I personally would stay here again.

This is our third stay in Surfmaster 107. We love the layout and location of the condo. The huge windows make you feel like you are right in the ocean and it is just a few steps to the beach.

The condo was in great shape. Only concern was in the second bed room there was no place for clothes. There used to be a dresser with plenty of room and a queen bed. Now two double beds and no dresser. Everything else was very good.

Nice house for a small family “reunion”.
Just enough rooms for what we needed. We used and enjoyed the pool very
much. One problem was the grill was not safe to use. I let them know and I’m sure that will be rectified. We would rent again and we definitely recommend!

This is our family’s 8th time renting a condo in the Compass Rose and our 2nd time renting this unit. It’s a prime location and has lots of great amenities, such as the pool, elevator, remodeled bathrooms and super comfy beds.

This was the first time staying at Surfmaster. We stayed in 111 and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. The staff at Surfmaster was also very helpful. The facilities were clean and family oriented. We will definitely be back to stay at Surfmaster 111.
