The condo was very clean and furniture was comforable. We had trouble getting connected to the TV.
The password and users name were wrong. Called maintenance and they fixed it by coming over. Please see that is corrected in your folder. Some miner things I would update: reorganize the pots and pans, to many lids that don't fit pans and no 8 or 10 inch skillet, to many plates, get rid of some. Liked that there was an air fryer. Carpet by couch needs cleaned.

I love being at 117 Beach House. It’s on the first floor oceanfront and I open the blinds each morning and see the ocean there. I miss that.

Surf Master 204 was excellent for people with handicaps and mobility issues. The master bath was set up perfectly to accommodate handicap individuals and it was located close to the elevator. The rental was excellent and there were no problems.

Our Thanksgiving trip was great! The spacious well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill (for the turkey) was critical for this trip! Plenty of seating too! The open concept family room was perfect and the ocean view is the BEST! Beds were comfortable too! No complaints here!

Nicely furnished and beautiful views and access to the ocean. We did have problems with the upstairs a/c, however when we reported to maintenance staff it was promptly fixed (twice). The only strong suggestion I would have is to provide directions and information regarding the downstairs TV/ entertainment center. We never could figure out how to access cable tv channels or Netflix.and we had young adults who work in the industry and they could not figure out all of the remotes and how they were interconnected. Internet was sporadic also. Had to use cellular phones for consistent access to internet connection. Also appropriate linen sizes for the beds were missing and had to buy king fitted sheet at store to replace queen size left for master bedroom. Laundry staff were unavailable until Monday to deliver right size, but returned my call left on Saturday on Monday morning and replaced with appropriate size promptly.

From the moment we stepped into the condo and saw the ocean stretched out in front of us, we both breathed a sigh of relief! We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had! We booked again for next year.

We arrived not too long after the latest hurricane. The property was well maintained and provided luggage carts. Weather was great and condo looked like it had been recently updated. Good choice for a rental....would stay again.

Even though this is an older home, we found the layout and size perfect for what we needed for our family of 12. The lot is large and the shrubbery provided privacy as well as a helpful wind break. We enjoyed watching the mockingbirds and cardinals while we sipped our morning coffee on the enclosed porch facing the inlet canal. The kitchen layout was perfect, and we had what we needed to prepare our traditional Thanksgiving meal.

We were grateful to find this vacation rental since it is dog friendly and a short walk from the beach with easy access to the inlet. We would definitely stay here again.

Marlin Quay is in a great location right on the inlet with wonderful views of the marina and Murrells Inlet. This unit was just as described and very clean though it’s close to needing a fresh coat of paint. We had never stayed on the south end of Garden City and are so happy we found Marlin Quay. We walked to Gulfstream Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner! Garden City Realty was very accommodating when it was necessary we extend our stay in the area another day. Another great holiday in Garden City!

We had a lovely time! A bitchillier than we like butnonetheless lovely! The penthouse was beautiful with lots of amenities. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need.The cleanliness was outstanding as well! The master bedroom slider onto the private balcony was super hard to open. Otherwise, everything else couldn't have been more perfect!
