Other than a delay of getting into the room, we had a very enjoyable experience. We generally stay at Surfmaster and have always had a good experience. This was actually the first time that we did not get into the room early; it was nearly 5pm this year instead of 2-3 in previous years. However, the experience was still a good one.

You couldn't ask for a better location. I plan to stay there again. There were a few minor things (an outlet that didn't work and the toilet running constantly) but nothing major. I could tell that the oven, dishwasher and microwave were all new. I loved being ocean front on the first floor.

We have stayed in this property for years and it just keeps getting better. Beautifully decorated, clean, and a super location in Garden City. If you only need three bedrooms, you need to try this home. You will love it.

We had the best time at this condo. It is beautiful, bright, and clean with comfortable/firm beds, plenty of towels, great flat screen TVs, and all the kitchenware you could need for the week. The balcony also has nice furniture with two high Adirondack chairs for optimal viewing. The remote control blinds are fantastic!

I would a put a strip on the dryer reminding renters to clean the filter after each use. Very easy to remove the lint. This place is so nice I was glad the cleaning equipment was available...I treated this unit like my own home and we are truly grateful for this experience.

If looking for a 2 bdrm unit, look no further if you see this one available. I hope the owner is able to get a 3 bdrm unit one day and replicate this one!

We hope to be back next summer, and fingers crossed this unit will be available for us. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

Great house for 4 adults! Had everything we needed for a week. Close to pier and beach. Very clean property. Garden City Realty was great to work with before during and after our visit! Will book this house for next year. After 20 years of staying in GCB, we ate at Conch Cafe for the first time. Fried flounder was delicious.

Lovely home...but the outdoor shower was broken the entire week and there is not enough seating in the living room. The porch area was very large with excellent seating.

Outstanding - The nicest unit we've rented to date. Kitchen was completely stocked with high quality pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Furniture was very nice .... nothing about the unit was outdated.

The house was updated and decorated nicely which I loved. Pool area was a great size. Very short walk to the beach (less than a block). My 2 issues were the beds would squeak anytime you would move around which woke me up throughout the night and there were not dressers in 2 of the bedrooms to put our clothes away. Overall a great house.

This place is always nice to stay. Could use a pick me up in it however. The last 3 years we have stayed its the same. Still great but needs a brighten up.
