Stayed here several times. Walking distance to everything in Garden City especially Sam Corner and The Pier. Very convenient location. You can seat on the porch at night and listen to the band on the pier. Excellent beach.

Our family enjoyed our stay at sea frass. It was well maintained and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We all loved the pool and enjoyed the pond. The beach was within walking distance and we enjoyed going to the pier. Staff at garden realtor were easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

This house was nicely furnished, had a well equipped kitchen, and was very clean. The wide deck had a good view of the ocean and was perfect for family conversations. A broken cabinet door was repaired within hours. . Easy access to the beach too. We would definitely stay there next year!!
