The house worked fabulously for our group. Beach access was great. Bedrooms were isolated and quiet. Laundry was convenient. Loved the ice maker!! Suggestion: you could upgrade your kitchen knives and pans (we cooked a lot for our group).

Great week. Enjoyed the house, spacious enough for our families with kids. Found out electrical outlet out back doesn’t work when trying to charge golf cart.(fyi only) Pool was great for the kids. Liked open living room and kitchen. Overall very pleased with house

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and two dogs. It was a close walk to the beach. The house was clean.

Our family of 24 found a very clean and inviting two identical levels of rooms and fully supplied kitchens. Everyone enjoyed the private swimming pool with enough chairs for most everyone. The beach was a short walk. We got our exercise going up and down steps between levels. There was a step elevator but for some reason it wasn’t working. That would have really helped with our one disabled person. The Garden City Realty people were very accommodating.
