House was in a perfect location. Short golfcart ride to everything you need to visit. Grocery store, pier, nightly dessert(ice cream). Family would stay there again.

We had a very good experience with the unit we were in. It had been updated and was clean. We are looking forward to having the same condo next year. We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of promptly and professionally by the rental company.

No complaints on property. OUR ISSUE; was with the keypad system being down when we were told the property was ready to check in at 3. Had to wait on maintenance to come work on it to gain access, didn't get in until almost 6pm. Hard to understand why a physical key couldn't be maintained at Rental agency for these type emergencies.

Overall we loved Condo 306. It was beautifully decorated and was very clean. There is a problem with the lights over the master bathroom lavatory/vanity - they kept flickering which could mean a wiring problem that may prove hazardous. Our major complaint is there was no room to set up our umbrellas and chairs in front of the condo. All spaces were filled with rental blue umbrellas and chairs, many which stayed unoccupied the whole week!! We are in early eighties and have great difficulty trying to carry our umbrellas and chairs such a far distance from the condo. Also, the dining table and chairs were of poor quality - screws kept falling out of chairs and there were no tools to help put them back in- had to use fingers which did not allow for being able to tighten them. I’m sure next occupants will probably encounter the same problem. I would not recommend this property to older couples due to problems mentioned.
