Our family absolutely loved this property. The couch was a HUGE hit for the kids! Everyone loved settling down at night all together, cuddled up to watch TV. The pool was also appreciated by everyone. We loved that it was taken care of every couple of days. An added bonus to our stay was watching the loggerhead turtles hatch from their next at the end of the stairway. What a special time moment to witness.
We will definitely try to rent this property again in two years when our family vacations together again.

We've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.

B een staying at Surf Master for nearly 40 years. Second time in 111 and have already booked for next year. This apartment is very nice with attractive furniture. My only concern was the TV's which I had a hard time trying to find out how the controls worked.

Great condo with an amazing view while being on the main level. Right outside your door is the pool, decking, and beach access only steps away. Only downside to that is a lot of outside noise. Had some not considerate other guests that were very loud at inappropriate hours outside our condo but I guess that’s the price of convenience. I wish there was something mentioning the no tent rule for the beach as this is the first beach I’ve encountered this issue, now I know to look up beach rules before going to a specific beach. Furniture was super nice (almost all had plugs and usb ports in the top of them for easy access) and beds were comfy. The cleaning people missed some stuff but overall it was good condition with some minor cleaning ourselves. With a few hiccups, our little last minute getaway was a success and enjoyable!

We had a great week - couldn't have asked for better weather. Upon arrival we had no towels or sheets for the beds. There was also a large pile of towels outside, but after making a phone call - things were taken care of right away.

This was a great place to stay. The pool is shaded until around noon making the water refreshing. We brought a big tent to put in the corner and provide some shade in the later afternoon by the pool and it was perfect. The house had plenty of space for 10 and the kitchen was great to feed the whole crew.

This is our 2nd year at Ruff Life. Accommodation's are spot on. Easy to check in and out. Our only concern was the bannisters outside were loose in places and as a senior citizen these bannisters are normallly very helpful. All in all a great place! Love sitting on balcony and people watching!

We have been traveling to Garden City Beach my whole life. We love staying at Surf Master and this particular condo (1105 North tower) was wonderful. Great furniture, kitchen and living room space. Only area that can be improved is replacing the shower head in the Master bathroom. Nicely updated bathroom but showerhead was dirty.

We enjoyed our fifth year at this wonderful home and booked again for next year. Our children, grandchildren and best friends look forward all year to our beach vacation. If there is ever a problem, Garden City Realty gets it taken care of quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners last year. They are so nice and were happy to hear how much we love their home. The overall stay was fantastic 1st read cancellation policy closely we changed reservation which they weren't able to refund one dime of the money deposited..but in Friday before our checkout checkout Saturday someone was already moving in..2nd if a large family double check pool size. 3rd needed battery changed on a chirping smoke detector never got it changed..also check parking regulations..we were asked to move a trailer after 4 days.of being parked in a spot that so said could not park
there(hoa)perhaps? Our family had a great 's the small things that make a difference. Our vacation planner Pam was a pleasure to work with. A great place to rent from. Just be sure you know everything up front!

Our week in Garden City Beach was fantastic. The condo was very nice and we loved the new kitchen and flooring. We have stayed in this unit the last few years! The location is so handy and the view is amazing. We love this corner unit. We've already booked it for next year!
