Tim joined Garden City Realty in May 2000. Originally from Winston Salem, North Carolina, Tim has lived on the Grand Strand for more than 40 years. He attended Coastal Carolina University and the University of South Carolina.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their two children.
Tim and Alex came out in the rain to repair the fire stick on the TV, and Buddy kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on with the repair. Y’all have a great maintenance team. You should be thankful to have gentlemen who care about the renters as much as they do.

I'm very satisfied to work with Tim. It was a bit outside of his IT area, but we were able to debug the internet problem at the house working over the phone. That saves me 6 hours of driving.
