Teri joined the Owner Services department in September 2023. Terri believes in surrounding yourself with people who encourage and inspire you professionally and personally. By joining Garden City Realty, "a great company because of the quality of its extraordinary people," Terri feels she has accomplished this belief.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Terri has lived all over the country. In 2017, she settled in the Myrtle Beach area to enjoy the Carolina's coastal lifestyle. Terri is a Coast Guard Veteran and Quilt of Valor recipient from the Quilt of Valor Foundation. A Quilt of Valor is a handmade quilt awarded to service members or veterans touched by war.

In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading historical fiction, and fiber arts such as sewing, cross-stitching, and crocheting. She is also a hiking enthusiast and has reached the summit of Mount St. Helens—one of her proudest moments.
