Julie began working at Garden City Realty in March 2005 as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Julie grew up an air-force brat and moved quite often until the family relocated to Myrtle Beach in 1974. They loved it here so much they decided to stay!

I just want to say a big Thank You to the Garden City Team(s) owner services, housekeeping, and maintenance. We have owned our condo since 2013 and your team has been fantastic to work with every year! Jessy, Heidi, and Ashley have always been there for us and we appreciate all their effort. Sara-Lauren, Robbie, and all the others in maintenance have always taken care of any issue promptly and respectfully. Ps Good luck to Sara-Lauren & Robbie in their new roles. Miss Julie Mullins has been wonderful to work with over the years and we thank her.

Everyone at Garden City is a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They have done an outstanding job!
