Gracen joined the Marketing department in February 2024. 

Gracen was born and raised in Charleston, NC, and is a junior at Coastal Carolina University. She majors in Digital Culture and Design and minors in Social Media and Graphic Design. She is excited to apply her knowledge in her new role at Garden City Realty.

In her spare time, Gracen loves to shop at thrift stores.
