Originally from Lee, Massachusetts, Dan has lived in the Grand Strand area since 2012. He previously served in the United States Air Force, where he worked in nuclear security and was a SWAT team member. Additionally, he received the Air Force Commendation Award for meritorious service while in the service.

He and his wife of more than 30 years, Athena, have two sons; one is a recent college graduate who resides in the area, and the other is a ballroom dancing instructor in Atlanta. Dan enjoys playing golf, shooting pool, working out, and writing in his spare time – he published his first book in 2015.

I LOVE Garden City Realty!! Through the years my family & I have been booking our vacation rentals here & they have always been great. Over the past two years, especially, I have had numerous interactions with Jackie at The Surfmaster & she is AWESOME!! She is ALWAYS very knowledgeable, professional, & friendly.
