Coleman joined the Owner Services department in August 2024. Over the years, Coleman has worked in various departments at Garden City Realty. He genuinely appreciates the company’s values, business approach, and how everyone treats each other like family and friends.  

Born in Columbia, SC, Coleman has lived in Murrells Inlet for 25 years. He graduated from The University of South Carolina in 2022 with a Marketing Degree from the Darla Moore School of Business and a minor in Sports and Entertainment Management. Coleman is a Gamecock athletics fan.

In his spare time, he and his girlfriend enjoy spending time with his two golden retrievers, Haven and Hootie. His hobbies include anything outdoors; his main passions are hunting and fishing. He also enjoys playing basketball, running, and taking the dogs out on the boat. In September 2024, Coleman and GCR Realtor Brecken Fox harvested their first alligator, which was ten feet long.
