Brad is a Certified Property Manager and has been in the vacation rental business since 1999. He is the Director of Operations for Garden City Realty and Garden City Services. 

Brad was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, where he lives with his wife, Anna, and their two daughters. He is a member of the Surfside United Methodist Church, an adult Sunday school teacher, and a member of the Surfside Methodist Men's Club. Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, football, and spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
