This 2br/2ba unit located just a few blocks from Coastal Carolina University has been nearly completely renovated. This unit has all new LVP 20mm floor covering throughout with no transition strips. New crown molding was installed throughout except in the bathrooms and closets. The old trim molding was removed around the floors and doors, and 5" baseboards and quarter round was installed, and new trim around the door framing. Nearly all ceilings were freshly painted including all doors and trim. The windows have new blinds. Both bathrooms the tub/shower unit and walk-in shower were refurbished and had all new plumbing fixtures installed(this required cutting into the sheetrock to get to the plumbing and then repairing the sheetrock); the vanity tops have new granite, and each bathroom has a new exhaust fan. The kitchen has all new appliances, new granite counter tops, new sink, and new plumbing fixtures. The kitchen sink faucet has a light at the nozzle that turns on when the water is running.
