A very desirable feature in the busier summer months with an increase of elevator traffic! Not to mention the value this is to those who aren't physically able to walk the stairs if the elevators were ever to go down. In addition to the convenience of 1st floor access, this unit has many great updates and has been freshly painted. #101 also has strong rental history to convey over to the new owners if you would like to continue with the vacation rental income. This unit has been on the same rental program for the last several years so there's a solid track record and income to inherent after you take new ownership. This is a unit you do not want to miss! As mentioned, these 3 bedroom plans at Surfmaster do not hit the market often.
