This 2br/2ba open floor plan condo is located on the second floor with ease to get to from the elevator. This unit has wood floors throughout other than tile in the bathrooms and laundry/utility room. Both bedrooms are very spacious. The master is 12x15, and the second bedroom is 10x12. The master bedroom has French doors that open up into the spacious living room and quick access to the screened in porch overlooking the pond. The complex has a beautiful pool to enjoy during the summer season. There is a storage room on the ground floor. If you love to walk or ride a bicycle, there are bike paths adjoining the property, and don't forget the many places to either fish in saltwater or fresh water. Brookgreen Gardens, a top nationally ranked botanical and sculpture garden, is nearby as well is Huntington Beach State Park with pristine beaches for you to enjoy. In 2022, The owners had the unit freshly painted, new hardwood floors installed in both bedrooms, a utility sink installed in the utility room, tinted sliding glass doors going into the screened in porch, tinted windows in the master bedroom, and lighting under the kitchen cabinets. Plantation Shutters were also added to every window. The refrigerator that conveys is only 1 year old. The HVAC system has an annual maintenance program as well as the dryer/vents.
