It’s been quite some time since I’ve made a blog entry here. Well folks, where to start? Last year was quite busy, we had a great summer. We gave away four family portrait sessions through our Facebook page to guests who stayed with us May through August. It was very successful and the photos turned out great! The winning families were featured in our 2014 Vacation Rental Brochure and a few of their photos are available to view on our website – under the Guest Services tab.
We also completely redesigned our website – yay!! That was quite a task, taking nearly 10 months to complete. But the end results are fabulous and the response has been very positive. The redesign includes updated and advanced search options, enhanced photography, and streamlined navigation to help visitors find things more quickly.
And oh, I can’t forget that Garden City Realty was voted best vacation home rental company in the visitor’s voice section of the 2013 Best of the Beach contest. This recognition marks the fifth year in a row that we have placed in this category, taking first place in 2010 and 2009. We appreciate everyone who voted for us. Thank you.
