Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, was voted Best Vacation Rental Company finalist in the 2015 Best of the Beach contest, a specialty publication of The Sun News in Myrtle Beach. The vacation rental department has consistently been recognized in Best of the Beach since 2009, taking first place in 2013, 2010 and 2009; and finalist in 2014, 2012, and 2011.
Additionally, Garden City Realty was voted Best Real Estate Company finalist, while Broker Associate, Bobby Streett, was named finalist in the Best Real Estate Agent category.
Year-to-date Streett has been recognized as the firm’s top listing agent in February, May, and September, and the top selling agent in January, April, June, August, and October. Likewise, he is the top listing agent of the first and third quarter and top selling agent of the second and third.
He is the Selling Agent of the Year for 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012, as well as the 2013 Top Selling Transactions Agent of the Year. In 2001 he received the REALTOR of the Year Award and is Garden City Realty’s 2010 and 2014 Top Outgoing Referral agent, which he was recognized for by our affiliate, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
Voting for the annual Best of the Beach contest spanned two weeks at the end of August and into September. Winners were announced at the end of October.
