Originally from Murrells Inlet, William Hewitt began his career in sales at age ten by selling ice cream in hotels along Myrtle Beach. By age 14, he had started his own landscaping business, maintaining properties within Murrells Inlet. A second-generation real estate agent, William is the son of co-owner and Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty of Sales, Lee Hewitt.

As a REALTOR, William has overseen every kind of real estate transaction, from commercial buildings to single-family residential, leases, condos, and townhomes. Likewise, he has cultivated relationships with a significant network of industry professionals, including attorneys, lenders, contractors, inspectors, and movers.

William enjoys helping first-time home buyers and specializing in Garden City Beach investment properties and single-family residences in Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island. He represents integrity and respect in every aspect of the real estate transaction, and his creative energy makes it impossible not to get excited when working with him.

William is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, a die-hard Gamecock fan, and enjoys watching SEC football. He is a Belin United Methodist Church member and serves as the head of the Belin Men's Church Basketball League. An athlete by nature, he spends his summers surfing along the East Coast and his winters searching for the most extreme resorts to snowboard.
